Allana competed with Australia in Rugby Sevens, but then knee injuries made her go through a number of seasons without playing before switching back to Rugby League. Allana made her women's debut in the league game against Queensland in New South Wales. Allana can also be found as a frequent radio personality, appearing regularly as part of 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana has a full teaching certification outside of sports.
